Custom Forged Rollers are high-strength roller components manufactured by professional hot forging and open-die forging processes. Different from ordinary casting or welded rollers, forged rollers feature continuous metal fiber structure, dense internal organization and no internal defects. With excellent wear resistance, impact resistance and fatigue resistance, custom forged rollers can fully adapt to high-load, high-speed and long-cycle industrial operation conditions. All sizes, structures, materials and machining standards can be customized according to customer drawings and actual working conditions.

Optional Materials
We provide customized carbon steel, alloy steel and tool steel forged rollers. Main material grades include 45#, 40Cr, 42CrMo, 4140, 4340, SCM440, H13 and other wear-resistant and high-strength steel grades. Special materials are available upon request.

Processing & Heat Treatment
Adopt integral hot forging forming, rough turning, finish turning, milling, drilling, grinding and precision machining. Optional heat treatment processes include normalizing, annealing, quenching & tempering and surface hardening to improve surface hardness and wear resistance.

Custom forged rollers are widely used in metallurgical rolling, mining equipment, conveyor machinery, engineering machinery, forging and pressing equipment, textile machinery and heavy industrial transmission systems, serving as core wear-resistant and load-bearing components.
Quality Inspection
All custom forged rollers undergo strict quality control, including chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, hardness testing, dimensional tolerance inspection and ultrasonic nondestructive testing (UT). Complete MTC reports can be provided, and third-party inspections such as SGS and BV are acceptable.
