Product Overview
Cold Drawn Flat Steel Bar, also known as cold finished bright flat bar, is produced through professional cold drawing process based on hot rolled raw materials. The cold working process improves surface finish, dimensional accuracy, straightness and mechanical performance significantly. With tight tolerance, smooth bright surface and uniform hardness, cold drawn flat bars are widely recognized as high-precision raw materials for modern mechanical processing.
Material Grades
Available in carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel. Common grades include 1018, 1020, 1045, S45C, CK45, 12L14 free cutting steel, ST37, ST52, 4140 alloy steel, 304 and 316L stainless steel. Fully compliant with ASTM A108, DIN, EN and JIS industry standards.
Core Advantages
High dimensional accuracy: Strict tolerance h9/h11, ultra-low machining allowance, greatly reduce processing costs
Mirror bright surface: No oxide scale, no rust spots, no need for secondary polishing or grinding
Stable mechanical properties: Uniform hardness, good toughness and tensile strength, suitable for high-precision CNC machining
Excellent flatness & straightness: Less deformation during cutting and processing, high finished product yield
Custom service available: Support custom width, thickness, fixed-length cutting and OEM deep processing
