Forged Rings are high-strength annular metal parts manufactured by professional ring rolling and open-die forging technology. Through continuous hot forging and radial rolling, the metal fiber structure is continuously distributed along the ring shape, eliminating internal defects such as porosity, shrinkage and inclusions. Compared with casting rings and ordinary machined rings, forged rings feature higher density, uniform texture, excellent mechanical properties and stronger structural stability. They are core essential components for heavy-duty, high-pressure and high-speed rotating industrial equipment.

Product Specifications
Custom outer diameter, inner diameter and height according to drawings. Conventional tolerance can reach ±0.5mm, and high-precision tolerance is available upon request. Provide black forging finish, shot blasting, turning, grinding and other surface processing.
