Forged Rings are high-strength annular metal parts manufactured by professional ring rolling and open-die forging technology. Through continuous hot forging and radial rolling, the metal fiber structure is continuously distributed along the ring shape, eliminating internal defects such as porosity, shrinkage and inclusions. Compared with casting rings and ordinary machined rings, forged rings feature higher density, uniform texture, excellent mechanical properties and stronger structural stability.
