Forged Flange is a high-strength pipeline connecting component manufactured by hot forging process. Compared with ordinary cast flanges, forged flanges feature dense internal structure, uniform grain distribution, no internal porosity or shrinkage defects. With excellent pressure resistance, impact resistance and sealing stability, forged flanges are widely used for high-pressure, high-temperature and heavy-duty pipeline connection in petroleum, chemical, power, pressure vessel and engineering machinery industries.

Material Grades
Carbon steel (A105, Q235, Q355, 45#), Alloy steel (4140, 42CrMo, 4340), Stainless steel (304, 316, 316L, 321). Special alloy materials can be customized.
rocessing & Surface
Hot forging forming, rough machining, finish turning, drilling, tapping, shot blasting, rust prevention. Heat treatment such as normalizing, quenching and tempering is optional.

Quality Assurance
All forged flanges are inspected by chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, hardness test, dimensional inspection and ultrasonic nondestructive testing. Complete MTC certificates are provided, and third-party inspection such as SGS and BV is acceptable.
